What:
Learn the art of gelliprinting (monoprinting without a press) in the style of Mary Delany for beautiful textured botanical vibes.
We'll explore a wide range of ways of building up textured backgrounds using different tones of one or 2 colours and materials including watercolour paints and metallic powders, pastel pencils and more.
We'll build a rich layered background, and then cut and collage flower parts to create our own unique botanical collages.
Gelliprinting is fast to learn and fun and it's easy to get hooked and you leave class with your own unique prints.

Suitable for beginners or those wishing to improve their printmaking.
When?
It runs from 10 - 1pm on Friday 1st May 2026
How much?
£40 per person which includes all materials you will use on the day.
Refreshments are included.

The max group size is 10 so you'll have lots of chance to get help and ask questions in a relaxed informal setting.

The room is upstairs in an old listed building.
There are 4 big heaters in the room that keep us cosy but please wear layers of warm, old clothes that you don't mind getting paint on during Winter months.
Parking is free on site.
