What?
Learn how to print without a press, exploring festive shapes and colours on a Gelli plate. For beginners or those who've had some experience of gel plate printing.
With the aim of creating cards and tags, we'll explore how to make layered prints using stencils cut into festive shapes. We'll create layers using a range of found materials and mark making. We'll set up a simple registration system and explore how to work with festive colours.
We'll explore the materials through play and then work towards finished pieces - both cards and gift tags.

When?
It runs from 10 - 1pm on Saturday 30th November 2024
How much?
*£45 per person which includes all materials you will use on the day (as well as 6 blank cards and 10 blank gift tags to print onto.)
*early booking discount (if booked before 30/10/24)
Thereafter £50 per person.
The max group size is 10 so you'll have lots of chance to get help and ask questions in a relaxed informal setting.
Refreshments are included (but there's also a lovely cafe on site for great coffees and cakes if you want a break or to stay for lunch afterwards).

The room is upstairs in an old listed building.
Please wear warm, old clothes that you don't mind getting paint on during Winter months.
Parking is free on site.
Terms: I reserve the right to cancel the course before the event if there aren't enough people signed up. Full refund or place on alternative course offered in the event of my cancellation.
If you need to cancel, I will aim to offer you a place on another suitable course. Refunds are not given.
