What?
Learn how to print without a press, using found Autumn leaves and a Gelli plate. For beginners or those who've had some experience of gel plate printing.
With a focus on the colours of Autumn, we'll explore how to make layered prints using found leaves. We'll set up a simple registration system and explore how to work with different colour combinations. We'll create different effects from found materials and stencils to add depth to the pages. We'll explore the materials through play and then work towards finished pieces.
Gel plate printing is fast and fun and it's easy to get hooked!
When?
It runs from 10 - 1pm on Saturday 26th October 2024
How much?
*£35 per person which includes all materials you will use on the day
*early booking discount (if booked before 26/09/24)
Thereafter £45 per person.
The max group size is 10 so you'll have lots of chance to get help and ask questions in a relaxed informal setting.
Refreshments are included (but there's also a lovely cafe on site for great coffees and cakes if you want a break or to stay for lunch afterwards).

The room is upstairs in an old listed building.
Please wear warm, old clothes that you don't mind getting paint on during Winter months.
Parking is free on site.
Terms: I reserve the right to cancel the course before the event if there aren't enough people signed up. Full refund or place on alternative course offered in the event of my cancellation.
