COURSE 1: Botanical Gelliprinting at Clevedon Craft Centre 28/09/24

£35.00 / Sold Out / On Sale

What?
Learn how to print without a press, using found botanical materials and a Gelli plate. For beginners or those who've had some experience of gel plate printing.

With a focus on the hedgerows of Poets Walk, we'll explore how to make layered prints using found plant materials and stencils. We'll set up a simple registration system and explore how to work with different colour combinations. We'll explore making marks on the paper pre-printing to create depth.
One of my favourite ways to then use the printed materials is to create larger collages of different pieces - I'll model this and you can have a go if interested, or you can continue making more prints.
You'll take away finished prints at the end of the course, ready to pop in a frame or turn into cards.

Gelliprinting is fast to learn and fun and it's easy to get hooked!

When?
It runs from 10 - 1pm on Saturday 28th September 2024

How much?
*£35 per person which includes all materials you will use on the day.
*early bird discount

The max group size is 10 so you'll have lots of chance to get help and ask questions in a relaxed informal setting.
