He Said

"He Said" is a richly textured mixed media work. The layers include found and recycled materials and self-created collage papers, all using different varieties of text.
It's one of those pieces that took me on a completely unplanned journey and has a quiet sense of power to it. Up close you get to enjoy subtle marks and undulations in the surface, revealing more the closer you get and it has a gritty vibe to it.
