Items are posted twice weekly on a Monday and a Friday - first class within the UK. A certificate of posting is obtained but the item is not tracked. First class post can take up to 3 days in the UK at present and post abroad can take a number of weeks.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, which must be in the original packaging and condition. I recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Once received back, a refund will be issued, minus the original postage costs.
